A completed application and signature is required for participation in pageant.

Contestants must turn in all necessary signed forms prior to participating in pageant.

All contestant/participant routines are choreographed. We do not determine any moves by the participants during the pageant. This information has been shared with contestant. Despite the understanding of possibility of risks involved, I still consent to participation.

You certify that you have no health or physical restrictions which will hamper your ability to perform and/or compete in this event, all public appearances or anything that may cause competing to be unsafe to your health. Any costs not covered by insurance will be your personal responsibility.

By participating in any CWRP activity or event, you freely assume all risks, both known and unknown, related to you. By participating, you are accepting that you are fully and personally responsible for your own safety and actions while and during participation and recognize that you may be at risk of contracting Covid-19/Delta virus. With full knowledge of the risks involved, you hereby release, waive, and discharge Carolina Girls Rock Pageant LLC (CGRP}, Carolina Women Rock Pageant (CWRP), it staff/team, officers, directors, managers, officials, CEO, independent contractors, affiliates, employees, volunteers, representatives, successors and assigns (The Released Party), from any and all liabilities, claims, demands, actions, damages, expenses and causes of action whatsoever, including but not limited to those caused by the negligence or fault of CGRP LLC/CWRP, directly or indirectly arising out of or related to any loss, damage, disease, injury, or death, that may be sustained by you participating in any CGRP LLC/CWRP activity. You agree not to sue CGRP LLC, CWRP, Donna Murrell and agree to indemnify, defend, and hold CGRP LLC/CWRP harmless from any and all damages resulting from your participation in events, and from and against any and all costs, expenses, damages, lawsuits, and/or liabilities or claims arising whether directly or indirectly from or related to any and all claims made by or against any of The Released Party due to injury, loss, or death from or related to Covid-10/Delta virus.

It is understood All Fees – registration and optional are non-refundable without exception.

Hair and Make-up is to your discretion.

All contestants must be a natural born female.

One adult ONLY is permitted in dressing room (if available size) per contestant and will be given a wristband for access. (You may choose your friend, mom, aunt, hairdresser, makeup artist or coach). No boys or men allowed in dressing rooms at any time. No exceptions.

You hereby certify that Carolina Women Rock Pageant (CWRP) and Carolina Girls Rock Pageant LLC(CGRP), including the vendors, the volunteers and staff, the CEO, Directors, and the facility where the event is being held are hereby non-liable for any accidents, or theft, occurring before, during, or after the pageant and therefore release any liability to said parties.

Coaching from off stage, in audience or from backstage during a performance to assist a contestant is not allowed and no one is allowed near the judges table. Judges are allowed to deduct points from their score for this.

Up to 6 weeks following pageant scores and comments will be sent via email. Judges decisions are FINAL.

By entering this competition, you release your likeness, vocals, choreography, etc. to Carolina Girls Rock Pageant LLC/CWRP for website, promotions, and photographs for promotional efforts indefinitely.

I understand that all judge decisions are final. Poor sportsmanship of contestant, and/or family members or associates of contestants, will result in disqualification of contestant and forfeiture of prizes. Carolina Girls Rock Pageant LLC /Carolina Women Rock Pageant reserves the right to use photos/videos taken during the event, which will contain images of the participants and family, for advertising/marketing purposes.
