Ms. Nichelle Nelson is the CEO and Founder of Flawlessly Flawed which is an Empowerment Initiative to Heal with Love through LIVING. It also serves as the parent company that manages Designs by N2 IINC., Kreativ Concept Mgmt., and Flawlessly Flawed Media. She has over 30 plus years of experience in the Fashion & Entertainment Industry to include former Assistant Editor for iFashion Magazine of New York and a Motivational Speaker on the Faith Over Fear Tour. Ms. Nelson is currently the Assistant Director of Carolina Girls Rock and Carolina Women Rock Pageants. She is a former Professional Model, Fashion Show Producer, and Runway Choreographer to name a few.
Nichelle is mostly proud of her number one role as MOM to 3 boys; Tywon (33), Jabari (28), and Tyler (13), and GlamMa to her beautiful grandchildren. She currently resides in Mooresville, NC on Lake Norman, and is a member of Inheritance Church of Christ.
As a Motivational speaker, she is sharing her journey and life lessons that brought her closer to GOD. She has a passion for empowering young girls and women and instilling in them that there is nothing they can’t achieve through faith and the courage they have inside to be successful in life. She is also an advocate for women who have been mistreated, abused, and cheated on in marriage. This tumultuous journey has led her to share her story in her very first book… an Anthology: Evolve II. Women deserve the opportunity to be free from those strongholds and understand that they have power over their lives.
She quotes, “Inner Beauty is just the dose you need for your natural beauty to shine!” She wants women everywhere to know that it is ok to Love Yourself. Embrace who you are, what you stand for, and how you look and feel, and always have the courage to celebrate YOU! Her love for helping women has made her such an intricate part of the Carolina Women Rock team and she prays that if her involvement can make the difference in just one woman’s life, then her mission would be complete. However, as GOD would have it that she is making a huge impact on the lives of many women and young girls alike right beside her Bestie Mrs. Donna Murrell (CEO) and Dr. Monica Jackson-Buxton (Director) and for that she is truly grateful and humbled.
